Policies for Custom Tumbler Orders:

•  Full payment must be made prior to custom work starting.
• No refunds on completed custom tumblers.  In the event the cup is dropped, repairs can be made but will be based on amount of work required to make repairs.  Cost of shipping to and from seller will be the customer's responsibility.
